For salons, medspas & wellness studios

Your front desk is busy enough. We run the follow-up.

A no-show at a studio isn't a small gap — it's a provider's hour, gone. BookedSolid sets up and runs your booking page, text reminders, rescheduling links, and review requests, so follow-up never depends on whoever happens to be at the desk. You approve the messages; we run the system. All by email — no calls, no new software for your team to learn.

Sample findings in the audit's format. Your audit names what it actually finds — including where your current system already works.

  • Every client asked, every time

Review requests go to everyone after every visit — never just the delighted ones. That's Google's rule and ours.

  • Reminders sent and logged

Each reminder is logged with its delivery status, failures included — not dependent on a person remembering.

  • Setup in about a week

Or the setup fee comes back — the guarantee is in writing, at pricing, below.

  • Month-to-month, always

Cancel anytime by email. Your booking page and your client data stay yours.

The problem

A provider's empty hour doesn't come back.

Your 10 o'clock is in the treatment room. The phone is ringing. Yesterday's confirmations never went out, because the desk never got a free minute. The 2 o'clock doesn't show — and her slot is far too late to fill.

Nothing went wrong except arithmetic: a busy desk can't also be a reminder system. The leaks are the same three, every week:

  • High-ticket gaps.

The longer and pricier the appointment, the more an unfilled no-show costs — and the more notice a reminder would have given you to fill it.

  • Reminders that depend on a free minute.

Hand-sent confirmations stop exactly when the studio gets busy — which is when they're needed most.

  • Review asks that depend on memory.

Asked for after the great visits, forgotten after the rest. Your public rating ends up describing your desk's memory, not your work.

Do your own math first

Run your own version of that math: a week of missed visits at your average service price. The two-week tally sheet comes with the free audit, if you want it on paper.

The math: missed visits per week × your average ticket × 4.33 weeks = a month of empty chairs. Your numbers, in your browser — nothing is sent anywhere.

—Your estimate, from your numbers — not our claim. The free tally sheet in the audit email lets you count it exactly, on paper, over two weeks.

How it works

Three steps. Setup in about a week.

1

Start with your free audit

We follow your booking flow as a new client would. You get a one-page email write-up of what we notice, where booking gets awkward, and what needs checking.

What you do: ask for it by email. That's all.

2

We set it up. You approve the messages

If you decide to go ahead, we set up the booking page, text reminders, rescheduling links, and review requests. We write the messages and send them to you for approval.

What you do: share your services, prices, and hours, then approve the messages.

3

We run it and report back

Reminders and review requests go out automatically. We manage the system, handle changes by email, and send you a short monthly report.

What you do: read the report — about an hour a month, all in.

The offer

What you get

One system, set up and run for you: the booking page, the reminders, the rescheduling links, and the review requests — working together, without you running any of it.

  • Text reminders

Confirmations, day-before reminders, and running-late check-ins that send on schedule — not when the desk frees up. We write them; you approve them.

  • Easy rescheduling

Clients follow a link to move their appointment, so the slot frees up right away — no phone call to a busy desk.

  • Review requests for every client

After each visit, every client is asked for an honest review with the same invitation and link. The ask never depends on how the visit felt — that protects your rating and keeps you inside Google's rules.

  • Online booking page

A simple page clients can use from their phone, with no app to download — or we build around the booking system you already run.

  • Missed-call text-back

An automatic text with your booking link when the desk can't get to the phone.

  • Monthly one-page report

Bookings, reminders sent, reported delivery issues, and reviews received. Plain numbers you can read at a glance.

  • Support by email

Questions, message changes, and help keeping everything running.

What we never do

  • We never guarantee a no-show number. We guarantee the work — setup in about a week, reminders sent and logged, every client asked — never how clients behave.
  • We never filter review requests. Every client gets the same honest ask after their visit, happy or not. Anything else breaks Google's rules and yours.
  • We never turn reminders into marketing blasts. The reminder channel stays about the appointment. Promotions would need a separate, explicit yes from your clients.
  • We never make you call. The audit, setup, approvals, changes, and support all happen by email.
  • We never hold your shop hostage. Month-to-month terms, cancel by email, and your booking page and client data stay yours.

For the skeptic

The checkable details

Everything a careful owner would verify before paying anyone — in the open, before the form, not after it.

What you receive

  • A booking page your clients can use from their phone — no app for them to download
  • Text reminders: confirmation, day-before reminder, running-late check-in
  • A rescheduling link in every reminder
  • A review request to every client after every visit — the same ask for everyone
  • Missed-call text-back: an automatic text with your booking link when you miss a call
  • A monthly one-page report: bookings, reminders sent, reported delivery issues, reviews received

How it runs

  • We check the booking system you already use (Booksy and others) and what can connect before setup; where it fits, we build around it
  • If you have no online booking, we set up the booking page for you
  • Messages are written for your shop and approved by you before anything sends
  • Every reminder is logged with its available delivery status, including reported failures — visible in your report
  • Client replies come to you, not to us — you keep the conversations

Timelines

  • Setup: live in about a week from your go-ahead
  • Your part in setup week: shop details in, messages approved — by email
  • After launch: about an hour a month from you (report + any changes)
  • Support and message changes: by email, handled by us

Limits, said out loud

  • Reminder texts go to clients who booked and gave their number for that appointment — they're about that visit, and every text honors opt-outs. Promotions are a different channel with a different consent, and we don't blur them
  • Sending a text does not guarantee it reaches the client — carriers fail sometimes; the log shows it when they do
  • We can't promise a specific drop in no-shows — no honest service can
  • One location per plan; this isn't built for multi-location chains needing one shared dashboard

Who stands behind it

  • BookedSolid is a service of Chitico HQ, run by Ruben Olaverria
  • 2041 Jefferson Dr, Port Arthur, TX 77642
  • Working email: chiticohq+bookedsolid@zohomail.com — a person reads it
  • Standard payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number

The guarantee, in plain words

Setup in about a week — or the setup fee comes back

If setup takes longer than a week, we refund your setup fee. Claim it by emailing chiticohq+bookedsolid@zohomail.com — no form, no call. We guarantee the work: setup in about a week, reminders sent and logged, every client asked for an honest review. We can't guarantee how clients behave, and we won't pretend to.

Month-to-month, cancel by email

No contract and no minimum term — the pilot's 6 months are a price lock, not a commitment. Email us and it's cancelled. Your booking page and your client data stay yours.

Payments by Stripe

Standard payments are processed by Stripe — we never see your card number. The pilot starts by email application, so no card is involved until you choose the standard plan.

Questions

Asked, and answered straight

We already run Vagaro / Square / Booksy. Do we rip it out?

No. We check what you use, what it already does, and what can connect before setup. Where compatible, we build around your existing system — the gaps are usually consistent reminders, the rescheduling path, and the unfiltered review ask, not the booking itself.

Will the messages sound like us?

We write them for your studio and send them to you for approval before anything goes out. If the tone's wrong, we adjust it — nothing sends in a voice you haven't approved.

Are reminder texts even allowed? What about consent?

Appointment reminders are about a booking your client made with you — they gave you their number for that appointment. Every text identifies the sender and honors opt-outs. What the channel never becomes is a promotions list: marketing blasts need a separate, explicit consent, and we don't blur that line.

What does my team actually have to do?

Approve the messages during setup week, then read a one-page report once a month — about an hour, from the owner. Client replies still come to your desk; we run the system around them, not instead of them.

Can a studio join the pilot, or is it barbershops only?

The pilot is open to single-location appointment businesses; barbershops were our first cohort. Studios start with the free audit — it's how we check the fit before a pilot spot is offered, so nobody pays for a setup that won't work.

Do you guarantee fewer no-shows?

No. We can't guarantee how clients behave or promise a specific reduction. We guarantee the work: setup in about a week, reminders sent and logged, and every client asked for an honest review after their visit.

How do we cancel?

Email us. The service is month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. Your booking page and data stay yours.

Follow-up that doesn't wait for a free minute.
